Now that your loan is closed here is what you can expect!
- At closing, you will receive a first payment letter in your closing package. This includes information on where to send your first payment. You can also email us at servicing@filomortgage.com for the same information.
- Payments can be submitted to Filo Mortgage via the following:

- Personal checks or bank bill pays payable to “Filo Mortgage, LLC” can be sent to:

- Mortgage statements are emailed to borrowers currently serviced by Filo Mortgage on the 15th of the month prior to the scheduled payment due date by servicing@filomortgage.com.
- Filo Mortgage is an interim servicer. This means Filo Mortgage will service your loan until it is transferred to a permanent servicer.
- Payments will be made to Filo Mortgage until you are notified of this transfer
- You will receive a notice of servicing transfer, also known as a “Goodbye Letter”, when your loan has been transferred to the new servicer. This notice will be emailed from our servicing department.
- You will also receive a welcome letter from the new servicer detailing their payment options including how to set up auto draft.
